1. Missing items must be reported within 7 days upon receiving merchandise.
2. Returned checks will have a $15.00 fee imposed.
3. Past due invoices are subject to 1.5% charge per month
4. We reserve the right to send unpaid invoices to collection. Collection accounts will be responsible for all collection fees.
RMA Polices & Procedures
A. RETURN FOR REPAIR
i. Items may be returned for repair without charge, under warranty, for up to ONE YEAR (Calendar date) from the date of invoice unless otherwise stated on the invoice. The warranty is non-transferable. Acumendisc makes no guarantee of compatibility and does not guarantee items, which are used for any purpose other than those specified in its accompanying instruction manual. All returns must be authorized by Acumendisc RMA Department at email@example.com. Describe the item to be returned and the reason for the return. The RMA Representative will issue a RMA number. You may then return the item for repair. Be sure to write the RMA number clearly on the shipping label and enclose a copy of your original invoice.
ii. For items that are phased out, or for which no replacement is available, or which are irreparable, Acumendisc will give credit equal to a proportion of the original purchase value as follows: 12 Purchase month x 100%
iii. If the manufacturer can repair the products, it will be subject to a repair fee. The repair fee is according to the manufacturer charges.
B. RETURN FOR CREDIT
i. Merchandise returned for credit is subject to a restocking charge. Prior to returning any merchandise to Acumendisc, you must contact Acumendisc RMA Department to request authorization to return material. Acumendisc RMA Department will process the necessary paperwork and issue a RMA number which must be clearly displayed on the shipping labels on all returned boxes. Returned goods must be shipped in their original boxes and packing materials with a copy of the original invoice enclosed. All manuals, cables, diskettes, and accessories originally shipped must be included with the product and in sellable condition. Otherwise, the credit will be deducted accordingly. No returned merchandise will be accepted without an authorized RMA number.
ii. There is a 20% restocking fee for credit returns between 0 to 30 calendar days from the date of invoice.
iii. No refund or credit returns will be issued after 30 days. No exceptions.
C. SOFTWARE CD/DVD PRINTER AND SPECIAL ORDER RETURN
All sales of software, and special order are final. CD/DVD Printer’s warranty is half year only. Printer heard is consumption and without any warranty.
D. CANCELLATION OR REFUSAL
All order cancellations must be received prior to shipment by Acumendisc. Otherwise, merchandise refused or returned is subject to a service fee and shipping costs.
E. RMA number is good for 15 days. After 15 days, the RMA number is no longer valid and a new number must be obtained by customer.
F. All RMA products will be shipped back with ground service freight prepaid. However, priority delivery of replaced product(s) can be arranged if the requester is willing to pay the freight charged.
G. Please allow 3-4 weeks for refund processing.
